CO Quarters

I don't know about you but I never liked living in squalor, lol. I hated the vanilla shack that you get in Megaton and didn't like blowing up the town to get the Tenpenny "suite" that wasn't much better. So, I always liked "The Club House at Megaton" mod that added a spacious, clean player home with lots of storage. I then found this mod and saw how nice cdagger made this room and l fell in love with it immediately! I haven't ever actually used the room, but I do like to pop in there from time to time just to look around and hear the soothing sound of the fountain in the middle! The CO Quarters has:

--> 12 Dressers

--> 4 lockers

--> Jukebox and another radio I added by the bar

--> A recliner to sit in

--> 2 safes

--> A "well rested" bed

--> Rad Removing shower

--> 6 mini Nuka friges full of beer & booze

--> Miniature models of robots, rockets and other notable things in the game

--> Beautiful, soothing fountain in the middle of the room
